Norway has taken the wise choice to effectively ban Bitcoin mining. The correct choice indeed. The state of Norway continues to make it clear that it will not support Bitcoin and it will deter Bitcoin in all facets.

@DzambhalaHODL You have no sway in the EU. The European Parliament is unanimously against #Bitcoin and its wasteful ways. Due to environmentally damaging Bitcoin mining, the parliament is already working on banning bitcoin mining and reducing investment in the sector via regulation and taxes.

Bitcoin lobbying groups are waging a state-level battle pushing legislation that will give Bitcoin miners unchecked ability to operate, exploit resources like energy and water, and shirk accountability to the communities surrounding these often noisy and disruptive Bitcoin mines.
