@TeamYouTube Hi. Our company has an old Youtube channel that we can't access and we don't know who opened it. It was before our company having a marketing department. This is our current account we have to opened a few years ago as we couldn't access the original one (youtube.com/@banhamsecurit…) but we want access/hide the old one as it has innacurate information and also out of brand content, affecting our reputation and customers. . @TeamYouTube Thank you for your reply. The first account we mentioned has not been used in 14 years, and we no longer have the login details, as it was created before our company had a marketing department. Is there a way for us to reclaim this account? Having two accounts is damaging to our brand and could be misleading for our customers. Would it be possible to check which email address was originally used to create that account? If we can identify the email, we may be able to regain access or contact the person who set it up. What other options we have? Thank you
