@DeniTechh Constantly being faced with issues that you, at first glance, cant solve (or in extreme cases will never be able to solve). No matter how much learning, practice and experience you have. However if you can learn to flip it, this is one of the reasons being a developer is so great

@KingSoftwareDev Takes someone who really knows their stuff to make a decision like this, and in such a short space of time. I’ve only worked for ‘big business’ companies in the finance sector so I dont know any different. How did you land a new project so quickly if u dont mind me asking?

Values where like ‘%shift%’ to a temporary table, say #shifts, and all other segments - where not like ‘%shift%’ to another temporary table #nonshifts and then joining the two on colleague id / date and taking away the non working segment from shift segment e.g 8hours - 1hr

#techTwitter help! I have a table full of colleague info regarding their working shift. The table is date, colleagueID, shiftSegment, startTime and stopTime. The segments are all separate to each other so for example for the 20/06/22 for employee Bob he may have -

Putting all my free time into work project deadline at the moment. Study… additional learning of any kind has been put on hold for a while - including 100 days of code. I do have projects and ideas lined up for when I’m able to continue though!
