@midnightjoe88 @Awk20000 Unless twitch is actually the one's doing it, no. If you think back a few years ago when Elon Musk was buying twitter, the same point was made and he wanted to withdraw. The buyer in that case/consumer in this case is responsible for conducting due diligence.

It quite clearly acknowledges the other statues.

@johnowen19681 @airborne13f4p @EricLDaugh This is an incorrect understanding of this case, the Supreme Court was asking if Congress gave the President said power in a previous legislation. It wasn't a constitutional question... So Congress can in fact rewrite the legislation and override the Supreme Court.

@KOSDFF @Thefoxdude I call that slow movement in a corporation that's typical. You breached a contract, that's not predatory you were aware. You went to law school; you know what consequences were. That's like saying the IRS took "revenge" because they discovered unreported income from 3yrs ago.

Also, the caller somehow alleged he had insider information on the Police/Coroner despite being made aware of the death by his wife and not knowing OK doesn't use "Coroner"

@Bitcoin_Teddy Just because it's important... "Track" at least for the Pentagon case (I haven't looked into the other cases)... isn't about missing mone... effectively when they queried on 1 system it pulled incomplete data from other systems. Also, $5 moved 20 times internally counted as $100

In fact attempting to arrest an ICE Agent in the performance of their duties is going to be insurrection & Seditious Conspiracy. Off duty actions sure, but not on duty.

But more specifically, we're talking about the method used in executing a federal power. Considering it's still a federal power, the method is still covered.

@mm_spectra @ABC7 Let me explain to you the law, the Supreme Law of the Land is the Constitution... It also includes this thing called the "Supremacy Clause" which basically says State laws can never override federal law nor can it be applied to the federal government (barring limited exceptions)

@allenanalysis Nowhere in the fourth amendment does it say warrantless searches are unlawful. The warrant portion of the 4th amendment is separate point of what is required to issue a warrant. The 4th amendment bans "Unreasonable searches". Whether this is unreasonable is a separate convo.

@garykoepnick @gjquartermaine The moment she accelerated towards him she committed an offense known as "Assault with a Deadly Weapon" regardless of if the ICE agent put himself there or not (he didn't)... that offense occurred. Any point after that she's now a violent felon who's still armed with the weapon.
