I was sitting in my car, listening to music in the afternoon (before I had my subwoofer installed, listening at a relatively low volume) and she came out to tell me to shut it off because "nobody else is listening to music, its obnoxious" and got pissy with me.

Before I moved in I asked her about the laundry rules and she said there were none. One weekday while she was gone I put a load to dry while I did a grocery run. While I was out she came back, turned it off and unplugged it (leaving my wet clothes) and left a sticky note

I used the oven 2 times while I lived there. One time I made bacon and apparently a bit of grease got on the door that I missed when I was cleaning. That was enough for her to hide the stove trays in her room so I couldn't use it
