If the Supreme Court rules in favor of the government, and allows it to redefine income to include any unrealized appreciation in any asset, then it will grant the Federal Government a new power to nationalize the entire asset stock of the nation. In hyperinflation, the only refuge people have is the ability to hold real assets and never sell them. But if the Federal Government can claim unrealized inflationary gains as being taxable income, then almost all Americans will be forced to sell their assets just to pay their tax liabilities. But with all assets up for sale at once, the most likely buyer will be the Federal Government itself, which will pay in near worthless paper. In one decision, the Supreme Court would have rendered the Constitution meaningless, effectively illuminated private property rights, and provided the Federal Government with the legal mechanism to pull off a communist revolution without having to fire a single shot.

Just read their documents and preparatory scenarios and it's pretty easy to see what they're scheming. SPARS 2025, Event 201, Lockstep, etc. The reason Alex has been so prophetic over the years is because he's not lazy and actually takes the time to dig into what these various NGOs and foundations are up to or preparing for. Take the Jaffe memo as an example. It was written in 1969 on measures to reduce the world population, and here are so the things they wrote down verbatim, many of which have happened. Encourage increased homosexuality (Yes, they literally wrote that down, and if you've been paying attention the last decade, they have indeed been promoting it as much as possible, especially to children) Fertility control agents in water supply (atrazine, glyphosate, plastics, forever chemicals, etc - 1 in 6 are infertile now, probably going to be 1 in 3 within the next few years from the mRNA vaccines) Encourage women to work (forced with inflation and the ending of the gold standard, making it near impossible to support a family on a single income) Chronic depression (We're more depressed and mentally ill now than in all of human history imo) Reduce/eliminate paid maternity leave or benefits (This was mostly targeted at the poor, which is who they really don't want reproducing) Compulsory sterilization of all who have two children, except for a few who would be allowed three (They want America to be like China) Payments to encourage sterilization (See planned parenthood) Discourage private home ownership (Blackrock and Vanguard are buying all the homes so you will own nothing and be happy)
