A few weeks ago, I submitted a petition which has now been accepted, and I’m finally able to share it. Many people will be aware that, recently, members of a grooming gang in Huddersfield were sentenced for the abuse of children. One of the offenders was convicted of “controlling prostitution”, despite the victims being children at the time. In my own case, in 2019, one perpetrator was convicted on two counts of “child prostitution”. Children cannot be prostitutes. What happened was child sexual exploitation and child rape. The government has already acknowledged that the term “child prostitute” is unacceptable by quashing convictions that victims themselves received under such laws. Yet this language still persists within the legal system. When perpetrators are convicted of offences using terminology linked to prostitution, it risks implying that the child was somehow a willing participant rather than what they truly were: a victim. This language is deeply harmful and reinforces the stigma and victim-blaming that survivors of child sexual abuse continue to face. The word “prostitution” should never be used in any context relating to the sexual abuse or exploitation of children. Can you imagine being raped, becoming pregnant, and then finding out that the law allows the person who raped you to have contact with—and even remove—your child from you to raise? In the UK, they can.

The two-week hearings for the Rape Gang Inquiry have now come to an end, but our work is far from over. We will now focus on the report and on bringing people to account. A huge thank you to everyone on the team for their hard work, to those who have provided financial support, and, of course, to the people who have worked with us and shared their testimony. The bravery and strength of survivors never cease to amaze me. Thank you to Rupert Lowe for setting up the inquiry and appointing me as lead. It has, of course, had its challenges, but it has already been an experience that will remain with me for the rest of my life. It absolutely sickens me that so many people have turned a blind eye to such evil inflicted upon children. His idea was “simple”. If you know the exact time at home and the exact time at sea, you can calculate exactly where you are. The problem? No clock could keep accurate time on a moving ship. Heat warps metal. Cold contracts it. The ocean never stops moving. Harrison spent DECADES on it. H1. Twenty years of work. Not good enough. H2. Better. Still not enough. H3. Seventeen years. Over 700 parts. Still not enough. Then he did something nobody expected. He stopped building clocks. He built a watch. H4. Thirteen centimetres across. The most important watch ever made. They sent it across the Atlantic. Eighty-one days at sea. When they arrived, it had lost five seconds. Five seconds. In eighty-one days. The problem was solved. But here's the uncomfortable part. They didn't give him the prize. The Board of Longitude was run by astronomers. The very men who'd been trying to solve it their own way. The Astronomer Royal was both judge and competitor. They changed the rules. Demanded his designs. Refused to pay. A working-class carpenter had beaten every astronomer in Europe. And the establishment couldn't accept it. Harrison was nearly EIGHTY before he got justice. He went directly to King George III. The king tested the watch himself and told Harrison to petition Parliament with the king's full backing. Parliament paid. Harrison died three years later. After his death, every ship on earth carried a chronometer based on his design. Every GPS satellite. Every ship's navigation. Every flight path. All of it traces back to a carpenter from Yorkshire who taught himself to build a watch. His watches are still at the Royal Observatory in Greenwich. Still ticking. Still perfect. While @RupertLowe10 keeps pushing forward with his vital rape gang inquiry, let's never forget the absolute horror those spineless bastards in power and the so-called authorities allowed to happen to our vulnerable daughters for years. Groomed, raped, trafficked like they were nothing. I will never forgive them for covering it up, turning a blind eye, and sacrificing our girls for their disgusting political correctness. It was transcripts detailing the horrific abuse of British children at the hands of predominantly Pakistani Muslim rape gangs, circulating on 𝕏, that sent people over the edge and pushing harder for the inquiry. Now, the same week that Rupert Lowe holds his private inquiry, Labour's Ministry of Justice has ordered data analysis company Courtsdesk to delete its large archive of court records. They're now trying to mass destroy evidence of the details of crimes. We can't let them!

Girls & women start naming and shaming these monsters who have raped you!!! The government will have to lock them up and do something when we all speak out. They can’t silence us all. 1 of these men is my sons sperm donar, they got me pregnant at 13. They had been raping me since I was 12yrs old. 1-Khalid Hussain, 2-Amid Tuqir, 3-Wajid Tuqir, 4- Zulfiqar Ahmed, 5-Nadim Ahmed 6-Imran Hussain (died). The other 2 picture are me with my son age 14, and the other a few years back. He’s 27 now.

One testimony. The girl was threatened that the gangs would attack her family's house unless she complied. Two little siblings. A vulnerable mum. She felt she had no choice. Plied with alcohol. Drugged. Blackmailed. The word 'rape' doesn't go far enough. It is torture.
