@AerLingus my bag didn’t arrive at my LAX destination on June 16th it’s now the 18th. I’ve made over 100 calls to customer services and nobody picks up. Ive left dozens of messages with all necessary info for you to get back to me. Nothing! Why is it so difficult to help people?

@KLM once again I arrive the next day for my flight that got cancelled for 25hrs and then I am told to cue in line only to be told I’m then in the complete wrong flight cue by the airline staff that sent me to the wrong cue in the first place! Can this airline do anything right!

@KLM Last night was the last straw, I didn’t complain about the bag because I have been travelling but when my return flight got cancelled that was too much, this is a very poor airline and I want a refund for the flight and compensated for the inconvenience of it all!!

@KLM my return flight KL598 was delayed by 25 hours because of a technical fault and the plane needs a new part, my brand new suitcase was damaged by your staff and didn’t make my connection so I didn’t have any personal items for 48hrs... I want a refund and compensation!!
