The difference between Liverpool’s spending and that of clubs like Chelsea and Manchester City lies in their financial model. Getting Isak this summer would have been a massive ask for anyone. We’ve tried for him and moved onto a target we were linked with already. If we stayed with Nunez fans would have had a meltdown. Never know could still happen but happy if we get Ekitike in also
