I get the whole "designer" salt thing but really can't taste the diff--esp when you can go from $10 bucks an oz for pink himalayan to 39c for a lb of regular ole iodized (an important mineral) salt. 39c! healthline.com/nutrition/iodi…

White corn grits from Trader Joes has one ingredient-white corn! Always good to support brands that don't add salt and sugar.
Try slowly heating hemp milk with a little half and half-add white corn grits and stir until done. Top with scrambled egg and parm.

Anyone tried any GOOD gluten free pasta you can recommend? I did try a corn and quinoa one that wasn't bad. It cooks up way different.
Sometimes a whole chicken under the broiler just needs really good ground peppercorns and maybe some pink himalayan salt-crisp it up.
The only thing better than mashed avocado on rye crisps is mashed avocado and mac nut pesto on rye crisps.
Try arugula and french ham lightly sautéed , add an egg.
Grind up macadamia nuts, add to corn flour, add baking powder, stir in water until firm.Add all to cast iron pan, broil 15 minutes. Deelish!
