@Hortysir Apparently he was cleaning the parking lot by way of incineration. They wanted the bushes gone as well. I would’ve done it with a rake a wheelbarrow and hedge clipper, but to be fair I don’t have a flamethrower to choose cleanse by fire. It’s a church parking lot.

Earlier today I smelt something burning, after running all over my house looking for a fire, I looked outside and somebody had a flamethrower burning some bushes across the street in a parking lot. We just starred at one another for a while… then I shouted, what are you doing?!

Bro Iknow that you are not talking about me, your generalizing but I cannot stand this argument. I was a sous chef for over a decade, I left my home at 17 years old and was homeless for a while finished highschool homeless. I worked my own way through college, I worked my way to sous chef. I had roughly $16000 stolen from me at the age of 23. Im basically a gutter punk who owns a home now, and has always had a job if not multiple since I was 16. It’s not that people don’t know how to be frugal it’s not that people don’t know how to cook it’s not that they are lazy(some sure but not everyone). The dollar has been destroyed, the economy is trash, national debt just keeps ticking upward. Both your generation and some Neo boomer Gen X’rs continue to prop up the failure of a system that steals everyone’s money in the name of collective good and altruism. While you gaslight as if everything is actually just fine, and the kids are just lazy. Your boomer socialism has fucked over multiple generations beyond mine all the way to alpha. Struggling is a thing everyone must do I understand. However, when people have jobs that should be good enough to get by and the inflation and spending power of the dollar just grind it down to nothing that’s a problem. Im no socialist I do not want communism. I want people to not be robbed of both money and opportunity then called lazy for it.
