The Bank of Russia has proposed allowing Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether to trade on domestic exchanges.

Comptroller Jonathan Gould's comments came as the OCC pushes to reinvigorate de novo bank chartering, having received 40 applications over the past 18 months.
