Hey @Chewy a little help? Box arrived with 2 large boxes of canned cat food and dry food and it destroyed the container of cat treats. Shards of plastic everywhere and I’m afraid to let the cats have them because of it.

Hey @USPS your driver nearly hit me in a parking lot because he was on his phone. Couldn’t get a picture when he almost hit me because he saw me grab my phone and he dashed off. He parked next door for another delivery.

@AmazonHelp That’s the one that scolded me for not returning something that I should have. I replied but this is ridiculous.

Hey @AmazonHelp Had an item not show up in February. It was marked as wrong item received and required a return. I’ve since tried to get this fixed and I’ve contacted customer service 5 times. Got an email last week saying it’s finally fixed. Then another email shows up today…

@AmazonHelp So they’ve berrated me, told me I should have retuned the item. Clearly didn’t read anything I said or wrote. And now they’re telling me that there’s nothing they can do. They cannot turn off the charge and that I should have sent the wrong item back. There was no wrong item.

Hey @hedleybennett your customer service rep in email was insensitive and tone deaf, dismissive of my issue and told me that it would be a learning experience for them to help other customers in the future but that I was stuck because “policy”.

@hedleybennett So your customer service rep handling emails has been nothing less than tone deaf and dismissive, telling me that they can’t help me with my problem but thanked me for bringing the issue to attention so no one else has the same bad experience that I did…

Hey @Chewy maybe you can stop packing the boxes so heavy that FedEx drivers feel the need to ROLL it out of the back of the vehicle and let it hit the ground. I’m really tired of damaged cans of pet food. ring.com/share/ebc5bbed…

@riteaid Hey! Still haven’t heard a thing. Maybe it’s time for me to move pharmacies since it’s pretty clear no one cares about this situation.

@riteaid I understand a couple of them being broken but this is from a single prescription refill. It’s also not the only one I get with multiple broken, this is just the worst one.

Hey @FedExHelp so a little over a month later and they drop the box intentionally again? Seriously? I went out and talked to the driver, who tried to say he didn’t drop it, to which I told him I have it on camera and his response was “…oh”. ring.com/share/ebc5bbed…

@HotTopic the state this sweater arrived in is horrible. All these threads should have been cut at manufacture. I tried emailing customer service a month ago with no response. Any help would be great.

Hey @FedExHelp think your people could maybe stop dropping packages on porches? Driver damaged the good inside because he dropped it. I’ve got video from my ring.
