@elyelgow Shadow of the Erdtree is their worst DLC so far. Elden Ring is an incredible game that overstays its welcome and is full of typical open world, copy and paste bloat. Dark Souls 2 gets better with every playthrough. A difficulty option wouldn't impact their games in the slightest.

@burialbl4de From Software perfected every mechanic present in this game. And it's just the right length, doesn't overstay it's welcome. Granted, no build variety means I don't have much interest in another playthrough.

@Husvero The three DLCs for Dark Souls 2 are some of their best work, in my opinion. Other than the challenge areas (Iron Passage, Cave of the Dead, Frigid Outskirts) which are definitely their worst.
