TSB is an example of the chaos and utter incompetence of the UK banking sector. After four weeks my funds seem to have vanished into a black hole. Customers beware of TSB! What should have been a simple transfer became a nightmare! @TSB @financialombuds @LloydsBank

Still silence from TSB after its promises to resolve hold on my funds. Filed complaint with Financial Ombudson Service. Next step, filing a Group Litigation Order (“GLO”) a lawsuit to include thousands of other unhappy TSB customers. (I´m an experienced US Class Action attorney).

After one month, TSB has STILL not released the requested funds from my bank account. Today, I formally complained to The Financial Ombudsman Service. I will file a legal action if this travesty continues. No wonder the UK banking sector is so reviled! @TSB @financialombuds

TSB worst bank I have ever dealt with! Week 3 & they´re unable to transfer my funds to another UK account. I´m in the USA & TSB sent a letter with some sort of code to my US address by ordinary UK post! I´m complaining to FCA. No wonder UK banks in such chaos! @TSB @LloydsBank

TSB is the most inefficient bank in the UK! My funds transfer is caught in limbo due to "systems upgrade". If transaction not completed by end of this week I will report TSB to the FCA & consider legal action (I´m a senior counse with major law firm). @TSB @TheFCA

On this date in 1873 the last permanent slave market in east Africa closed, after the UK government forced Sultan Barghash to end slavery in Zanzibar (Tanzania). In 2013 a heritage centre to the abolition of slavery was created, where once 70,000 slaves a year were traded.
