Four hours of customers being stranded, not being able to access their money, not even transfer or receive deposits! Wtf?!

@Ask_WellsFargo @JoDetavernier Josh, you need to tell your boss, or their boss, or even their boss that most of your customers have the WF app and you can easily send out a push notification to PROACTIVELY alert customers about your outage. This is the LEAST you can do.

@Ask_WellsFargo You don’t need to call me to give me a bs response. You need to post a damn official statement about this outage. Millions of customers are trying to use their cards and having them decline. Send a push notification, text, or email alerting customers of the systems impacted.

You have the ability to send push notifications, texts, and emails to PROACTIVELY alert of a service interruption. If @dominos can track a damn pizza, you can alert us when our cards won’t work.

@Ask_WellsFargo @therealrosehope Yea and no debit cards work either. I can’t transfer from one wf acct to another. And your people will not post any announcement. You can literally send out a push notification from the app to PROACTIVELY tell members of this. Why has it not happened?
