@DougCollinsUX There's no such thing as the PERFECT UX process or approach. It all depends on your company, resources, time and budget. Do what you can to push the needle. Don't get caught up with UX activities because the industry tells you that's what you should be doing

@UXDesignEdge What’s your context of use? Sometimes it’s not a wording problem but comprehension problem. Not everything needs to be over engineered - sometimes common sense is needed
