We have a data center site in Pennsylvania that sits on a pipeline. It is only 150 acre, but it has virtually unlimited supply of natural gas. BTM projects afford more power and speed to market. Everyone needs to wrap their heads around self-generation!

Almost all data centers today have a Behind-the-Meter (BTM) component, this means they are generating their own power, it’s almost mandated nationally. Data centers built in 2026 will not drive consumer energy prices up, and they shouldn’t!
