@chamath Hey, you guys missed on the latest pod. There is a difference between slowing down model dev and slowing down releases of new models. Predicting the big 2 will eat their customers businesses using advanced, internal-only intelligence while slowing public model releases.

@jameslmorton @Jason Filtering only works that way if the new units attract buyers already within the metro area - personally I prefer to see units built to help young buyers immediately. But I don’t live there so 🤷♂️
