@AlanTho91859876 No I genuinely didn't. Makes perfect sense though as he has obviously never managed fighters. Massive conflict of interests as promoters want to pay fighters as little as possible, whereas managers want biggest purse possible. Doesn't mean it doesn't happen though.

@Boxing_Flamingo Yeah the issue is the highest level who promoter / manage across the Atlantic. I think the UFC got the jump on MMA (so much so that a lot view it as the sport itself). Whether they have the pockets deep enough to monopolise boxing in the same way remains to be seen.
