@saltytoast8 We’ve been fully remote since 2020. It was so successful they got rid of our building in 2022. Now we have new management. Our director got “retired” right before Christmas. Been downhill ever since. New office opens this fall, layoffs, and maybe soon a complete reorganization!

So everyone that survived the layoffs and actually returns to the in-person office this fall gets to go through a complete reorganization. Realistically that will result in additional downsizing when divisions are merged. Might be time to hang it up.

@Jen30282684 Words like “retaliation” or “harassment” always get the union’s attention. I took a sick day which my previous supervisor never cared about but the new one is obsessed with me making it up. I’ve never had to make up a sick day in over 30 years. My union is pretty weak tho.
