@FastAndSouvenir he would have set off an atomic bomb. The world was lucky Gotham acted like fly paper. And speaking of catching things in black you just can't swat, a sensor started to beep. @TheHunkWonder or @RideRedHood... It was in Wally's court to welcome whichever it was.

@FastAndSouvenir superheroes for a while. Even powerless villains could do well. Riddler was iffy. He failed against... What was it? Impulse, Wally teamed up with Dick, the Question at one point... And the Green Arrow. Though to be fair, if not for a magical spell shuttignnoff technology-

@FastAndSouvenir had becoming increasingly winding was that he wanted to make it seem longer very long to get form his mansion to the city. It both helped with his alibi, as well as made criminals making a getaway stop for gas.

//Probably should mention I enjoy playing my Nightwing back during the Bludhaven era, though I do others as well. I didn't read much of the early Rebirth, with the red eyed Nightwing. Agent Grayson got him cheery again.

@FastAndSouvenir to Bludhaven... Yah, it was the place where cops were the crooks. Arkhamites didn't tend to go there 'so dull' but weapons smugglers and human traffickers used it to get their goods further inland. Let us see though, post Rebirth... ahh right. Bludhaven had a temporary-
