Thank you to Tynan Early Childhood Education and @SAISD for having Building Brighter Communities at the Fall Festival! We were able to get 23 families signed up for rent, mortgage & utility assistance! And thanks to our newest little volunteer. 🤝

@mrk6817 The over 75 families we helped get rental assistance so they can stay in their home felt it was necessary. And finally, we work alongside the 20 other nonprofits and share resources to get them to the community members who need them.

Introducing SA’s newest nonprofit: Building Brighter Communities! A major barrier to prosperity is a lack of access to basic resources. If you or someone you know needs assistance with Unemployment, Rent/Utility, Food, Housing or something similar, we work to change that.🏠❤️

@mrk6817 Good question. The CEO had the same question for himself. Why would he/I start another nonprofit? Is it really necessary? But the 8 families that were facing homelessness and were moved into permanent housing felt it was necessary. ⬇️
