Ça me parle beaucoup. Je cherche aussi à résoudre un problème proche, mais avec une approche un peu différente. À force d’évoluer, un projet peut finir par contenir des fichiers comme agents.md qui ne correspondent plus exactement au code réel. Le danger n’est pas seulement l’absence d’instructions. C’est aussi la présence d’instructions devenues fausses, auxquelles l’agent peut pourtant faire confiance. J’ai donc construit trois outils complémentaires pour les projets Laravel. Laravel Project Context analyse le projet réel et fournit à l’IA un contexte ciblé : architecture, dépendances, policies, gates, middleware d’autorisation, permissions lorsqu’elles sont explicitement modélisées, tests associés, etc. Ce contexte peut être enrichi par des briefs fonctionnels ou techniques, avec des preuves renvoyant vers les sources concernées. Laravel Project Documentation organise les décisions, les règles métier, les spécifications et les intentions qui ne peuvent pas toujours être déduites du code. Laravel Dev Observatory vérifie ensuite le comportement réel de l’application à travers les tests, les parcours, l’observabilité et les preuves d’exécution. L’objectif est de relier trois niveaux, ce que le projet est censé faire, ce que le code décrit et ce que l’application fait réellement. Lorsqu’une évolution importante intervient, on peut alors repérer plus facilement les divergences et mettre à jour les éléments concernés. Le fichier AGENTS.md reste utile, mais plutôt comme point d’entrée courts vers les véritables sources du projet que comme une unique source de vérité. Ce système ne supprime évidemment pas toutes les hallucinations. Mais il réduit la dépendance à des instructions statiques et fournit à l’agent un contexte plus structuré, actuel et vérifiable.
