@colin_dunlap You guys should do a little research before spouting nonsense. Negley St. hill was routinely shut down for heavy snow when I was growing up nearby. When it was shut down, sometimes we would sled ride down the hill and hope we didn't get killed by cross traffic on Fifth Avenue.
