@tboydpharmd I don’t care anything about blue bubbles. I do care about Apple *only* providing modern messaging expectations through their proprietary system when open-source/non-proprietary exist and are equal or even better. Just like lightning vs. USB C, their hand will require forcing.

@tboydpharmd iPhone/iPad/Apple Watch user (& vehement anti-Apple fanboy) here - the blue/green label is an easy way to describe Apple’s absolute refusal to implement any version of RCS messaging accessible outside of their “ecosystem.” It’s monopolistic to blacklist a 3rd party equal/option.

When my boyfriend (who is also a classically trained vocalist) mentioned CatDog, I managed to pull a solid verse of the theme song out of my rear some 20 years later. He was moderately impressed but I am damn proud.
