A lot of youth clubs are just independent contractors wearing the same badge. U9 coach teaches one game. U10 coach teaches another. U11 coach starts over. U12 coach has a completely different language. Then we call it a pathway because the uniforms match. That is not a development model. That is a collection of teams.
