8. Since 2010, the US has put more people back to work than all the other G-7 economies combined.
7. Essentially all of the increase in employment throughout this recession has been in full-time jobs.
6. Unemployment rates for all major demographic groups have recovered to below pre-recession averages, but more work remains to close gaps.
5. Unemployment rate has been cut by more than half since its peak in 2009, falling faster and farther than expected.
4. Income grew at the fastest rate on record in 2015 & largest gains went to low- and middle-income families.
3. Real wages have risen 18 times faster since the end of 2012 than they did from 1980-2007.
2. Today’s #JobsReport showed that wages increased 2.9% in 2016, the fastest 12 month pace since the crisis.
1. US econ added 156k jobs in Dec, extending longest streak of job growth on record. US businesses have now added 15.8M jobs since 2010.
