Wasn't there some truth to that money went into bad secret operations and some also backtracked through NGOs and firms to U.S. accounts. That's unacceptable. Also sometimes the aid has become a business instead of putting people on their feet. It's like when people are afraid of climate change but we don't mind bombs in military operations. Look at the original definitions and research on adhd it is a cultural disorder and a schema for selling drugs to kids. If it is something for real it is frontal lobe brain damage as from a near birth stroke, affecting less than 3%. Kids brains can heal. It is evil to expect kids in bad circumstances to adhere to impossible criteria. We all human beings need to develop our concentration and do so through sports and various arts.
