Recently, a player reported that when using the #BIGBIGWON #Blitz2 with our converter on PS5, the controller would disconnect approximately every 50 minutes. After investigation, we found that on #PS5, the controller's polling rate should be set to 1000Hz or lower to prevent disconnection issues. Of course, this doesn't happen with every controller. Some brands and models do not experience this issue at all. However, if you're experiencing random disconnections while gaming, it's worth trying to lower the polling rate and see if it resolves the problem. We'd also like to remind first-time adapter users of two important setup steps: ✅ Update your adapter to the latest firmware version ✅ Configure your PS5 settings: Settings → Accessories → Controller (General) → Communication Method → Use USB Cable These steps can help ensure the best compatibility and performance. #saros
