Tamil Nadu needs a dedicated Ministry for Public Integrity & Anti-Corruption. Because bribery is not just one department’s problem. It is the reason behind delayed files, poor-quality public works, fake bills, bad infrastructure, harassment of common people and the loss of trust in the system. DVAC should be strengthened and modernised with better manpower, technology, whistleblower protection, time-bound action and more transparency for citizens. Every major sector has a dedicated ministry. The fight against corruption also deserves that same political priority. Beyond 14 or 21 days, each day penalty 200$ and keep on increasing. Container storage station also charge penalty. Even if papers are clear.

Shameless government staff and bureaucrats. After receiving money, they boldly ask, "Do you have proof?" Even with everyone's digital proof and evidence, what happens at the end? Transfers of officials within the same department. Customs brokers continue as middlemen/agents for bribe collection. Importers and exporters go bankrupt due to demurrages, fines, and penalties.
