I'm too old to be doing a low carbohydrate diet. I'm currently on the floor eating my biscuits and gravy. I'm having a hard time getting down that low and it's almost impossible to get back up. Just how "low" does your carbs need to be for this to work? #lowcarb #keto #Atkins
