Quick update on @CallDRCope: - New version with features for professionals are now available on iOS (pending for Android) - Professionals can submit certifications, etc, to prove their credentials - Professionals can now connect with their patients and monitor the progress as well as assign homework (fully end-2-end encryption between the 2 parties) - Patients can approve specific information to be shared - Improved content delivery framework to support personalized content (We still need to configure content rules just FYI) - Practice/patient simulation so professionals who are required certain minimum hours can use it to maintain their certifications We will get some feedbacks on a few of these and do additional iterations. We figured out we give out early access so we don't over bake it. For those of you who want to switch to professional mode, go into settings and you will see the option. Once done, additional tab called "Office" will show up. $COPE

The plan is to ramp up content production in February. - Patient/professional connection is complete. We are now working on E2E encryption between patient and professional for complete privacy. Quick update on @CallDRCope: - It seems like Apple may have accepted the safety test results since a new question was raised instead - We were asked whether we really intended to have a lifetime pro subscription as part of the offering - We just resubmitted again confirming that it was intended so hopefully, there won't be any further issues $COPE

Quick update on @CallDRCope: - The app is submitted to Apple for review again along with evidence from the safety test cases we have run with average quality score of 94.1% - We have significantly improved emergency detection as well as cutting down time-to-action so that users who need help can get the information asap We will continue to run more tests including other aspect to keep improving our AI agents. We technically have a framework for self-improvement now, but we will test that on a separate agent first to see how it goes. Imagine running through tens of thousands of scenarios and continue improving without human intervention. $COPE

Quick updates on @CallDRCope: - With our new framework for testing, we are able to do significant coverage on safety testing and run hundreds of test cases very quickly. This helps us understand that gaps and we will be able to quickly iterate and improve the quality of our AI agent going forward. - With that being said, we are currently not at 100% on safety and detection perspective and we need to get close to it coz even one slip up could potentially mean life or death. We will spend the next few days fine tuning to make sure that crisis handling, etc, is as tight as possible. After that, we can submit and all the stats and evidence to Apple to get the app through. If you think latest SOTA models are doing a great job, you will be very surprised on the number of cases that they still deem "manageable" and will try to "handle" themselves. If you are one of those people who use LLM to cope, be aware of their limitations. Always seek professional help when you think you are in a serious situation. $COPE

Quick update on @CallDRCope: - We are down to the last part of the request from Apple, which is to run through hundreds of simulated cases to ensure safety for users. - As part of the exercise, we actually ended up developing a pretty cool tool that we can use to speed up testing of AI agent and potentially include self iteration on enhancement in the future. - Looking to get back to Apple with all the documentation sometime over the weekend. $COPE

Quick update on @CallDRCope: - Rebranding on the app is done and we are going through a final round of testing. If all goes well, we will submit the app to Apple App Store tomorrow. The app will be called Copewell, which just happens to be the legal name of the company anyway.

Quick updates on @CallDRCope: - New domain name acquired. - Rebranding exercising is ongoing and should be done relatively soon. This includes website, etc, to make sure we can sail through the approval process. - We had an interested party with millions of users contacting us and they are currently evaluate adding the app as part of their suite of offerings + potential investment to help with growth. $COPE

Quick update on @CallDRCope: - The battle to get the app to go live on iOS continues. We just received another rejection and now I believe it comes down to adjusting Dr. Cope and add more guardrail. Apple also offered to get on a call with us to resolve it so we will be doing that next week. Every rejection is a step closer to taking it live. Let's hope that submission number 8 will be the one. $COPE
