We moved from GH actions to local scripts for running tests, signing off, and building our @elixirlang app. ⏳ Tests: 3min -> 18s ⏳ Build/push: 5min -> ~1-2min We have a `make signoff` script that runs our tests, spell checks the docs, etc. When it's finished running, it posts a ✅ to GitHub: github.com/sequinstream/s… `mix buildpush` both builds the production Docker image and pushes it to AWS ECR. I saw a tweet mentioning that you should optimize your database queries before looking at Laravel Octane, which is true. I did both and currently seeing the benefits with sub 100ms and 3-4x response time improvements overall.
