@SmilingSerenity Those are specific facilities prob r/t budget/funding-also big issue. Need bigger picture look. Largest shortages tend to be: Long-term care Home care Community nursing Rural and northern communities Emergency dept Critical care/ICU OR Mental health/addictions Public health

Canada does not have the current capacity to train the number of nurses needed to ease the shortage. While the Canadian capacity to address domestic education is addressed, this will help now.

@JeffreyLuscombe Big range depends on quality. Can buy for ~ $20-$30 from a guy selling out of a bucket on the side of the road. Last a day or two. Maybe bit more if you’re lucky. A florist can cost well over $100 and some much higher. They will last longer, look better and better arrangement.
