I have bought suits from @INDOCHINO for many years. Always impressed by their cost and quality. Even bought them for my sons. The latest suit split a seam within 6 months. We returned it, but they offered no solution. I was disappointed, given their past customer service.

By the way, as a post mortem to my @Allegiant story. In retrospect, that women at that gate was damn eager to flex a little power and threaten a family of six with the prospect of not flying. No interest in fixing, just grounding. No wonder people dislike air travel so much.

@Allegiant 4). Said we didn't check in and threatened to hold us off flight when we insisted that we did, in fact, check in. Did I mention Josh? My advice for @Allegiant is to put him in charge of customer service to teach other employees to stop treating customers like the enemy.

@Allegiant 2). Rebooked me because ticket said "Doug" and license said "Douglas." This was no problem on flight down on the same airline. Only difference was the gate agent. 3). Made us remove 5 lbs from luggage to avoid $60 upcharge despite paying for two bags and checking only one.

Flew into Indy from Key West today on @Allegiant. First, the good. Direct flights. On time. Affordable. Josh, the flight attendant, was delightful. Now the bad. 1). Got there early but couldn't check in until exact moment the second hand hit the hour.
