Is it an act of war? The Russians have used nuclear and chemical weapons in the UK before and all that happened was some harsh words. We were too busy buying oil and gas and allowing billions in Russian money to flow into the UK to do much more. So meh, I’m not sure what an act of war really is. Is it saying you won’t move NATO closer to Russia then doing it, or is it blowing up a ship or killing someone with nuclear isotopes? I just don’t know.

Let’s think about a potential nuclear exchange. Does the sight of a mushroom cloud frighten you, or the fear of surviving? It’s the latter for me. That’s the point: the real danger is surviving with no water, limited food and no shelter, surrounded by people in the same position all wanting to survive. Food wise, I do have a plan to eat next door’s cat as it keeps shitting in my garden, but I digress. The best outcome is immediate annihilation, and that is not to be feared. FYI, this Poseidon nuke sounds great. It’ll kill almost everyone, whereas the traditional nuke would leave significant pockets of survival. Mm, sort of agree, but I’d argue the path of decay is 85 years. From the moment we signed the Atlantic Charter, Britain was consigned to this outcome. As for Russia and Putin, Russia has been a problem since 1942 and remains one. They fundamentally won WWII, with territory land gains including Poland, the country we went to war over. The entire shitshow at the end of WW2 was because America was only interested in securing technology and skills from Europe, not beating the Nazis but robbing them. Japan was the focus, because they could gain a strategic Pacific foothold they have never let go and never will. They also needed to show off the nukes; not that Stalin was not already aware. Thousands slaughtered for live nuclear test. Nope, Russia is an enemy, but our biggest threat is Islam, and if I’m honest, we’ve already lost.

The Russians are making direct nuclear threats to Britain. Trump is silent. I’m not sure whether to prepare with a raincoat and a bucket for a Poseidon nuke or sunblock for the grown-up nukes, but I know this: I’m fed up. I say Broken Arrow to Putin—drop all you’ve got on my position. I say again, Broken Arrow! In return we will launch ours, and so will NATO, although I cannot guarantee that because they are not exactly our friends. If you could drop one nuke on Brussels just for all Brexit voters, that would be great. It’s been a wonderful fucking war.
