Southwest cancelled our flight. Refused to book us on a different airline; said due to weather the day before - now company apologized for technical issues. So we are stuck driving 14 hours home - w/ no refund or vouchers - and only an offer to fly 4 days later! @SouthwestAir
@SouthwestAir (3/3 - oops one more). And why did you hang up when we spent 2.5 hours on the phone trying to speak with someone? Please fix this! A last minute cancellation with only the option to rebook in three days due to an internal computer backend issue is unacceptable.
@SouthwestAir (2/2) the gate agent refused to book us on another airline and couldn’t rebook us until Tuesday - it is Saturday - but offered no vouchers. We are now having to drive more than 14 hours home - with two small children.
