MSTR is the canary. Assume BTC prices to crash. MSTR goes 25% below NAV. Buy up STRC (a junk bond with full cover - arguably falls in tandem). Activist investor buys out MSTR and liquidates. Junk holders get paid. STRC is super attractive at the right net yield

@VietnamPenguin It may not be direct exposure to cap table. Could be in layer-1 or layer-2 SPVs , which means it takes time to come to fruition. Also what about fees in these vehicles that charge carry- unclear if @PreStocksIntern deducts these in which case the disocunt just reflects the costs
