The US Navy is working to rename an aircraft carrier under construction that was set to honor a Black sailor hailed for his heroic actions during the attack on Pearl Harbor, and there have been internal conversations about renaming it to honor President Donald Trump, sources say. The International Biathlon Union has refused to lift the ban on Russians competing in events. Russians were told that the conditions that formed the basis for the ban in 2022 have still not been addressed, so the decision will not be reviewed. At least some federation with dignity!
