Boomers have had their day and are trying to come to terms with their fleeting grasp of reality while thinking what was, is still what is. No living legendary investor has had to grapple with very novel but profound question of “what is money?” as they were born into a fiat monetary system. I believe Boomers inability to grok Bitcoin is actually an inability to accept their own decline and eventual deaths.

And then the metal was stolen by the US Federal Government from all holders of the proxy instrument. The public was rugged, and now all government money is counterfeit, aka fiat. That the world continued on without rebellion says something about how easily the masses may be deceived so long as a charismatic man with a flag pin stands before them. When will he next appear before us? What illusion will we next be asked to believe? The bill for this crime is paid every year by everyone holding fiat, as they see prices rise and struggle with the attendant consequences of being paid in an asset debased in perpetuity. They attribute their suffering to some phenomenon of nature, or to the greed of capitalists, rather than to that specific act of fraud on August 15 1971.

crypto is my home bros, i had my time off but i love this place and returned because of it. i love it especially when prices are down and ppl need help believing again it's not over, no more over than it has been the many times before. i bought coins a few months ago and they are a good amount higher, but i can understand those that are feeling dark with the slow bleed bear markets are where heroes are made. i live in a summer destination, the vibes are good but winter is where great friendships are forged. the winter dinners and late night discussions are much better for relationship building than the summer beers we're in the winter. this is the time where ppl remember your contributions, the only ones left are the real ones who will define your future reputation. ppl are more accessible, life changing dm's are possible it's time to reassess where your allegiances are, how you are handling bag bias. if you believe everything will likely go much higher in the future, it doesn't matter if you're down a lot you can still rotate to better coins if you've been on borrowed conviction, maybe it's a good time to figure out what your coins actually do. read a white paper, read the colossus jeff article, jump on a call w someone smarter than you i have zero interest in speculating elsewhere. wealth generation for me comes from crypto and tradfi is for wealth preservation. this is where my edge is, this is where my friends are, this is where free money rains from the skies during the good times if you are only a few red or green candles away from happiness or sadness, then you should work on yourself. read books, look inward. your happiness should never be pegged to markets if the same is true for your conviction, then you need to size better. one green day or one red day should not impact your belief in long term positions, there is much peace to be found in this slow down, recharge and rest. there are plenty of good days to come and you will need your energy. enjoy summer, enjoy time with friends, enjoy your time in this world bc it's all you actually have the numbers on the screen are completely worthless if they do not improve your life i believe in you guys, i believe in this industry and i believe that there are better days ahead whatever is to come, ill be here and i hope you will be too ily
