A whole week of cancelled and delayed trains because of a “lack of drivers”. Every. Single. Day. We’re paying more for the service and drivers have had pay rises agreed so how are we STILL short of drivers? Can someone explain this to me? @TfL 🤦‍♀️

@ChelseaFC Invite fans to register for the Blue Gala. We register. Then… nothing. Not even an acknowledgement. @ChelseaFC, if this was really only about selling expensive tables, just say so. Fans deserve better than being invited to register and then completely ignored.

@Ocado Tonight showed exactly why Ocado is in trouble. Over an hour late, no customer service, trapped in a chatbot and even logged into the app, no one could simply help. Scripted responses instead of solving problems. That’s how you lose customers.

Really disappointed with @PapaJohns First pizza arrived flat, soggy & inedible. Store kindly sent a replacement… same issue Called again and was told “that’s just how it is. Paid £14, binned both, ended up buying a Co-op frozen pizza instead (which was better).
