@V_arrell @AlderLaneEggs I want to follow this post up by saying i’m not trying to sling mud I honestly just get frustrated with this topic. It feels like answer is always “ban it” instead of a comprehensive solution like the 3 pillar approach (ID, test, label. “weed out” operators that don’t)

@V_arrell @AlderLaneEggs Is it “special” treatment if anybody could go “hemp” (Cura, Trlv, gti, etc)? I may be wrong but I was under the impression that u are opposed to concept of cannabis flower/vape and “high-dose” edibles/beverage being sold outside of dispensaries based on what you say on TDR, etc.
