Somebody tripped over the power plug in @ChipperCI's database building
Some builds might be failing to start here and there (not consistent) this AM, related to status.flyio.net If things get bad we can swap over to the Old Build System™, keeping an eye on it.

@michaelklopf Hey! Builds are 2 cpu by default, or 4 cpu if you select the larger server size. IIRC parallel tests run one per CPU core, altho I think you can force higher.
