@smlouva_net @myfonj Bug report mohu udělat na cokoliv. Ten display none je tam kvůli hydratation, aby se nezobrazovaly částečně načtené možnosti a až po úplném dokončení se zobrazili.
Ověřil jsem to a chyba vážně není ve Firefoxu. Ten se jen striktně drží CSS specifikace, zatímco Chrome váš chybný kód ignoruje. Oprava je přitom triviální. Stačí změnit: .gov-form-select option:not([selected]){display:inherit} na {display:block}.
