they are actually contributing to making it impossible to reintegrate because all the public spaces are now more dangerous because of their actions. I don’t know how to carry that and maintain my friendships any longer.

@BeingCharisBlog For a bad flare-full elemental diet for 4-14 days. I take dextrose free Physician’s Elemental but there are others. High dose L-Glutamine mixed in but nothing else. Full gut rest. The following supplements 3xdaily- Permeability Factors, SeaCure, Oxyperm, Intestinal Repair complex

@BeingCharisBlog If it’s not as bad I do the above except the full elemental diet/full gut rest. All supplements listed but switch to a liquid, mushy, soft digestible diet. I’m plant based- so plant based easy to digest foods. No nuts, seeds, raw or ruffage. My go to: mashed squash, purred soup
