Coming back to it now, the jump in just a year is nuts. The models are crazy, the motion holds together way better, and you get there in a fraction of the tries. I'm starting to mess with it again, and my son already wants to make the next one.

At the time it was basically an experiment in stitching tools together. We wrote the story, I generated the stills in @midjourney, animated the shots in @runwayml (with @pika_labs for some of the character close-ups), edited in DaVinci Resolve, and did the voice and soundscape in @elevenlabsio.

Wow, if you connect Fable to image-gen and image-to-3D APIs, it's *insane* for game dev. It made an infinite explorable universe, with characters and lore. All assets and sound completely from scratch. 3 prompts in 2 hours, max effort. Workflow below.
