@CrossCountryUK your services must be the worse in the country. Every train stinks of urine, at best. There is no aircon and I’m delighted to have once again paid over £50 to spend an hour an half stood by a door. Diabolical.

@CrossCountryUK arrived at Bournemouth no train no explanation. Now 8;40 no reservation. Wait till they all pile on at Winchester from staff. No advice for single advanced customers or refund information.

@CrossCountryUK ridiculously overcrowded train the 09:07 Bham to Newcastle. No seats (I had one and gave it up to someone else that needed it so whether you book or not doesn’t matter). Most expensive trains in Europe and I’ve got to stand for best part of 3 1/2 hours.

@CrossCountryUK I just got the 10:41 train from Oxford to Manchester Piccadilly (it was delayed by 19 minutes) and as a result I missed my connecting train. The next one wasn’t for another 2 HOURS so I had to get in an uber. Can I get a refund for the second train?!

@CrossCountryUK Absolutely absurd organisation from your part today to cancel a train and then not add extra carriages for the next one so no one could get on or move is a safety risk do you know people die in crowds due to suffocation and being trampled on?
