@easyJet I had very bad experience of mental harassment and bias against me and my wife during our flight EJU 3854 on 6th October 2024. Our seat numbers were 10d and 10 e. Ground support staff at M6 compulsory made us pay without our fault Solicit your help .

@easyJet not only lost my luggage, but they sent me an email and multiple texts saying they found it and it was at CDG airport. When I went to pick it up, they didn’t have it. I’m not sure who to complain to, but this is crazy. I don’t even know if they actually have it!

@easyJet I've had an email saying I'll not be getting compensation...ID 109486301. I missed a day and night of my week long holiday because EJU7368 didn't fly at 0905 from Bristol as planned. How do I appeal this?

@easyJet great you added Apple Pay. But compared to Ryanair the app is still painful. Too much friction, takes war too long. Also, the ‘download boarding pass’ button is currently not working….
