@marksquilla @marksquilla's office did help me appeal the petty fine from @PhilaSanitation - I've been begging them to hold the block accountable and in spite, they only ticketed me and a neighbor as I was cleaning Popeye's chicken out of my car. Luckily I documented it on video!

Trash cans are only allowed out on trash day or 24/7 in an enclosure. I can’t believe it’s an @HRBlock that is the problem business. Snipes, Rite Aid, Popeyes, Rainbow all cleaned up their act thanks to citizens partnering with the city to improve our quality of life!

Please help @YaFavTrashman! I've been begging @philly311 and Keith Warren since May 11 to clean up 2000 S Watts. I have even reached out to @CMMarkSquilla. The community cleaned up this block last November but illegal dumpers are using this residential block as their trash can
@usaveinclinics @boostmobile We've previously been in direct contact with SVP Lisa Baccega, who helped facilitate an installation of a much better fence and better lighting. It's made a huge difference but that doesn't mean there is no need to clean up anymore. Thank You.

This trash is behind @boostmobile and the vacant McDonalds, now owned by @usaveinclinics, who don't think it's their responsibility to keep clean. It makes this residential block look uncared for, which invites more trash and crime. The city and businesses should be ashamed!
